Join the Louis Vuitton Tysons Galleria team as an Expert Client Advisor focused on the Hardsided category, delivering exceptional client experiences and acting as an ambassador for the brand. You will be the in-store specialist for your category, driving sales and client development while supporting the team through training and coaching. The role combines hands‑on selling, product expertise, and leadership in clienteling and new launches. Responsibilities Serve as the in-store go‑to expert for the Hardsided category and lead by example on the sales floor. Drive the Hardsided business in-store through client development and portfolio management. Deliver product training, support new launches, and provide coaching, morning briefings, and 1:1 feedback to the team. Observe the selling ceremony, partner with colleagues to introduce the category, and communicate relevant corporate strategy and business information. Qualifications Passion for the brand and the Hardsided category with strong storytelling and interpersonal skills. Proven sales leadership and consistent top‑seller performance in the category. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive client relationships and manage a client portfolio.
