Medical center in Augusta, Georgia, that has an opening for a Breast Radiologist to join the team.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday from 7a-5p and Friday is academic day
• No call
• Volume: 40-50 exams (9-12 DX) and 0-5 procedures
• Full support staff
• EMR: Cerner
• Board certification required
• Competitive salary based on experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered physician Georgia state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited MD or DO program
• One year of work experience as Radiologist
• One year of Cerner experience
• Board Certified

• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.

• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.

Requirements:
