Your Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates through our unique platform and your personal network
• Engage with potential candidates to introduce them to MLR's exciting opportunities and gauge their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for more in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with candidates to sustain their interest and guide them through the hiring process
• Keep precise and updated records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews that occur, and successful placements originating from your leads

Your Compensation Structure
