In-center Behavior Technician

Responsibilities Work In Center - Full time or part time Two times per week, work in client’s home 4:30pm - 6:30pm Client material creation and preparation Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games) Record client data into Central Reach program Convert appointments into billing Write detailed SOAP notes Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA Attend Quarterly in-service trainings and team bonding activities Cleaning duties Qualifications High School Diploma (College Degree preferred) Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active Expectations Provide high-quality care to our clients Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA laws Maintain the clinic\'s reputation for an organized, team environment Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers Reporting Hierarchy Report to the CEO Report to BCBA Benefits Salary: $33,000 - $37,000 (depending on experience) Performance-based Raises every 6 months Volunteer to work on Saturday Paid vacation Paid holidays Company paid BACB Certification (RBT certification course) Company paid BLS / CPR certification Company paid QBS Safety certification Many other company paid certifications Discounted tuition for BCBA school (from Purdue Global) Advancement Opportunities (RBT Level 1, RBT Level 2, RBT Level 3, RBT Trainer, BCBA Intern, Office Manager) #J-18808-Ljbffr Success on the Spectrum
