General Labor I

Join our expanding Container Management Company as a General Laborer and play a vital role in our Operations team in Marion, North Carolina. We take pride in fostering an efficient work environment and are seeking a committed individual to help us uphold our customers' high standards. In this position, you will be responsible for inspecting containers, assembling kits, and ensuring a safe workplace.

We currently have positions available for our rotating shift, which runs from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Remove labels and debris from containers.
• Inspect containers to ensure cleanliness according to customer requirements
• Assemble Kits per written work instructions to meet customer requirements.
• Read and follow assembly Work Instructions
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

  Skills and Specifications

• Should have the ability to competently and effectively manage time and complete assigned work.
• Should be a team player.
• Should be compliant with all safety regulation and the ability to use warehouse machinery.

Education and Qualifications

• High school degree, GED certification or an equivalent qualification from a certified college.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to repeatedly lift 30 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for four or more hours at a time.
• Must be able to bend, reach, and manipulate bulky objects.
