Service Center Mountain View – Collision Estimator Compensation Can make up to $70,000-$100,000 per year. Responsibilities Write vehicle damage estimates Conduct process reviews Check in customer vehicles Complete final customer paperwork before vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice) Finalize total loss administration Provide post‑repair plan communication and status updates to customers, ensuring compliance with Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards Requirements 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge Perform consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software Advanced understanding of repair process and procedures Strong sales orientation Understand written and verbal instructions Prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced environment Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Caliber is an equal‑opportunity employer.
