You can see some of our favorite projects here.Start your journey with OBE and help us build the future.What You'll Get To DoThe Warehouse Staff is responsible for picking and checking products in the warehouse to fill customer orders.Job Responsibilities:Physically pulls and packs orders to quality standardsVerifies accuracy against all ordersMarks boxes/pallets for route and stop designationReboxing of productWraps pallets by hand to insure stabilityRestocks and puts product away carefully and safelyResponsible for the cleanliness of all work areasCommunicates stock needs and discrepancies to appropriate personnelCommunicates challenges inhibiting accurate and timely order pulling processResponsible for participating in yearly inventory as requiredAbility to listen effectively and follow instructionsRegular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job.Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededPhysical Requirements:Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.Must be able to move up to 40 pounds at a time.What We Are Looking For:High school diploma preferredAbility to communicate with employees, peers, and supervisors in an effective mannerExperience in a warehouse job, and/or order pulling is preferredBasic computer skills a plusAbility to work independentlyWhat OBE Offers You:Benefits that benefit you – industry competitive benefits at the lowest cost to the employeeWork-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can chooseCompensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonusesTraining – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed
