Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professional training. Available Case Times Monday - Friday (4pm - 7pm) AND Saturdays (9am - 1pm) [Sunny Isles] Monday - Friday (9am - 1pm) [Miami] Monday, Thursday & Friday (11am - 3pm), Wednesday (10am - 2pm), AND Monday & Thursday (3:30pm - 5:30pm) [Hialeah] Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (3:30pm - 6:30pm) [Aventura] Key Responsibilities Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst Create program materials as needed Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines Attend therapist trainings and team meetings Qualifications Current RBT certification in good standing Experience working with children preferred Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment Strong written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment High school diploma or equivalent required All RBTs (Part-Time & Full-Time) Benefits Assistance in obtaining RBT certification (at no cost to you) Competitive hourly rate Paid orientation and online trainings Collaborative and supportive team environment Flexible schedule Consistent weekly supervision by a BCBA Bi-annual performance bonuses Full-Time RBTs (Additional Benefits) Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
