School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Schenectady, NY

Join a collaborative school team in Schenectady as a Speech-Language Pathologist and help students develop the communication skills they need to thrive both inside and outside the classroom. In this role, you’ll provide individualized speech and language services that support students’ communication, academic participation, and overall success within the educational setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active New York State SLP license/certification
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for working with children and adolescents

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other members of the student support team
