Date posted: June 18,2026 Pay: $17.50 per hour Overview This position involves operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery and performing quality control tasks to ensure product quality and production efficiency. Duties Operate and maintain various types of machinery including injection molding, stamping presses, and flexo presses. Perform trimming operations to ensure products meet quality specifications and deburr excess material. Use sanders. Paint raw products to consumer liking. Ensure product meets quality specifications. Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members on assembly lines to meet production goals. Handle materials safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols within the manufacturing facility. Utilize hand tools and basic math skills for assembly and fabrication tasks. Participate in quality control processes to maintain high standards of production output. Perform repetitive hand use and lifting. Work with chemicals. Package and prepare product for shipment. Qualifications Capable of learning air tool operation (sander, grinder, paint gun, etc.). Capable of learning hand tool operation (drills, scrappers, hammer, etc.). Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Be able to lift 30 lbs with assistance. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Computer skills are helpful. Verbal and written communication skills. Be able to work individually and as a team. Must be able to follow detailed instructions. Reliable transportation.
