Call Center Customer Service Representative - Member Support

$17 per hour

Job Description

Role: Handle Montana Medicaid member calls, answer questions regarding eligibility, benefits, provider changes, and claims, research and resolve issues, document calls, and follow call- handling/escalation procedures.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Type: 100% Onsite – No Remote
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication
Positive, professional attitude
Good multitasking and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail, grammar, and spelling
Computer/data-entry and database documentation experience
Preferred: 1+ year medical insurance/medical office experience
Preferred: Call center or professional office experience
