Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current NJ School Psychologist license.
• Experience working with K-12 student populations, including conducting assessments, interventions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Ability to build trust with students from diverse backgrounds and provide trauma-informed, culturally competent support.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a moderate caseload.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for K-12 students.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and recommendations to support student mental health and academic progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create and implement effective strategies for students’ success.
• Maintain clear, confidential documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Adapt services across elementary, middle, and high school settings to meet varied student needs.
