Shift: Days Hours Per Week: 24 hour/week Hiring range: $ 17.51 - $23.42 The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.Responsibilities:Performs landscaping of grounds as scheduled andEvaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of theRemoves debris and takes care of hazardousAssists contractors/vendors with on-site events orInstalls, sets up, removes, transports, maintains specialty equipment, furniture and materials for seasonal and special events.Operates and maintains equipment to perform snow removal, ice treatment, mowing, planting, cultivating, trimming and other activities while monitoring weather conditions.Complexity of Work:Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
