Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Coordinator Seeking a Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher Inventory Specialist to support daily logistics, inventory, and shipping operations. This position is primarily office-based and includes coordinating transportation, maintaining inventory records, preparing shipping documents, and communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams. Logistics Coordinator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 23.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm) Coordinate daily shipments, dispatch, inventory, and shipping documentation. Communicate professionally with drivers, customers, and internal teams. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform data entry. Assist with warehouse operations, including pulling, staging, loading, unloading, and organizing inventory. Previous logistics, dispatch, inventory, transportation, or supply chain experience preferred; agricultural experience is a plus. Strong computer, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, lift up to 50 lbs., and operate a forklift (preferred). Logistics Coordinator Qualifications: Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, inventory, or supply chain preferred. Agricultural industry experience strongly preferred. Strong computer and data entry skills. Experience with shipping documentation, including bills of lading. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Forklift experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
