• 30-minute response time required from hospital
• 5 calls per shift
• 3 - 5 patients per shift
• Low and high risk OB, vaginal delivery, C-section required
• Surgical gyn: open, lap, operative/major procedures required
• Office gyn: IUD, colposcopy, LEEP, cryotherapy required
• Leave coverage
