We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support daily front desk operations in Minnesota. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming office environment, handling administrative tasks with accuracy, and supporting multiple teams in a fast-paced setting. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for visitors and callers while helping keep the office organized, stocked, and running efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests as they arrive, manage visitor sign-in and sign-out activity, and create a positive first impression of the office
• Respond to incoming questions by phone and in person with courtesy, accuracy, and strong customer service
• Keep the reception area and lobby presentable by maintaining cleanliness, order, and readiness throughout the day
• Monitor beverage stations and common-area supplies, ensuring items such as water and coffee are replenished as needed
• Coordinate the purchasing and tracking of office and front lobby materials to maintain adequate inventory levels
• Provide support for conference room preparation and assist with meal or refreshment arrangements for meetings when needed
• Maintain and revise policy and procedure documentation to support consistency across teams and daily operations
• Offer administrative assistance on routine tasks and special assignments while also providing backup support for mailroom activities, including mail handling and invoice sorting
• Take on additional office support duties as needed to meet team priorities and business requirements• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with visitors, employees, and callers
• Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail when managing multiple tasks
• Ability to balance changing priorities and remain effective in a busy office environment
• Team-focused approach with a willingness to assist different departments as needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general office systems
• Comfort working with documentation, process updates, and administrative procedures
