We are seeking Class A CDL drivers with no prior experience who wish to begin their driving career in a regional fleet based in Lafayette, LA. The position offers routes that provide a weekly home reset, competitive weekly pay, a comprehensive benefits package, modern equipment, and a paid training programme that covers all required job skills.
- Compensation: $1,600–$1,800 weekly via direct deposit
- Schedule: Regional routes with a weekly home reset
- Equipment and freight: Fully loaded, new trucks; drop & hook dry van freight
- Benefits: Full benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match
- Training: Paid orientation and instructor-led training, including behind-the-wheel mentorship for new and entry-level drivers
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Must meet hiring and DOT requirements
- Minimum of 120 hours of school instruction completed
