Line Cook Conejo, a new Mexican restaurant in Richmond, VA, is seeking part-time and full-time line cooks to join our kitchen team! Starting line cook wages of $17-$20/hour. Responsibilities include: learning all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques adhering to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols cross training in all stations - tortilla, salad, plancha, sauté, and grill assisting with inventory management assisting with prep and dishwashing when needed We offer some of the best benefits in the industry: Culture of Respect and Teamwork Flexible schedules No late nights Paid Time Off Starting wages $17-$20 Excellent health, dental, vision insurance with low deductible after 90 days for 30+ hours/week New Parent Leave Weekly paycheck ABOUT Conejo Celebrating the diverse richness of Mexican cuisine, Conejo is a full service restaurant featuring house milled heirloom corn and flour tortillas, ceviches, classic antojitos, and tacos. QUALIFICATIONS
