About the Position
Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: ICU Nursing Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-Hour Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in critical care License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS Must-Have: Critical care experience Description: Ratios are 1:2 but can go up to 1:3. Charting system used is Cerner. Three weekend shifts are required per four-week schedule. Day shifts are Saturday and Sunday. Night shifts are Friday and Saturday. Scrub color is navy blue. Self-scheduling is available. Floating could occur to stepdown units. Common diagnoses include respiratory, trauma, neuro, cardiac, renal, and OB. The unit has 36 private beds and utilizes 24. Cancellation policy allows for client-initiated cancellations.
