• Compensation: Drivers earn between $95,000 and $125,000 annually.
• Schedule: Work Monday through Friday and be home on weekends!

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer and submit a DOT inspection report detailing the vehicle's condition.
• Safely connect your assigned tractor to a loaded trailer and deliver from our Sidney, OH warehouse to an affiliated location, assisting with loading and sorting of pre-palletized products during priority appointments.
• Typically manage two routes per week, with an average route duration of 28 hours. Team operations mean approximately 50% of your time will be spent in the berth.
• No ramp unloading tasks involved.
• All necessary equipment is provided, and tractors are well-maintained, typically less than three years old.
• Verify the accuracy of the bill of lading and store keys during off-hour deliveries.
• Drive the tractor-trailer to the destination, utilizing your knowledge of commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills.
• Maintain a driver log (either Manual or Peoplenet) in compliance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions.
• Unload the trailer and deliver products into customer premises.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A).
• Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Meet our organization’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely, including understanding work instructions and safety protocols.
