We are currently seeking a customer relations specialist on behalf of a growing, creative company in the columbia area that specializes in custom signage and visual solutions. What Youll Do:

As a customer relations specialist, youll serve as the key connection between customers, designers, and the operations team. Youll help ensure a smooth and positive experience from initial contact through project completion.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Greet walk-in customers and answer incoming calls professionally
• Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, and project details
• Clearly communicate company policies, timelines, and expectations
• Process payments and manage invoicing accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects stay on track
• Provide updates and maintain communication between customers and team members
• Schedule installations and communicate any updates or changes
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a professional manner
• Maintain organized records of projects, payments, and customer interactions

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles preferred
• Basic knowledge of invoicing and payment handling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM or project system experience is a plus)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Team player who works well across departments

Bonus Experience (Not Required):

• Familiarity with design processes or project coordination
• Experience with project management systems such as corebridge
