Overview Outside Sales Representative at Empire Today – Territory Location: Kennesaw, GA. Employment type: full-time. This role involves meeting face-to-face with customers in their homes to help find the best flooring products for their needs. Responsibilities Represent Empire Today by meeting with customers in their homes and assisting them in selecting flooring products that fit their needs. Generate and follow up on hot leads, typically within a 1-hour radius of the territory. Utilize the strength of a well-known brand to drive referrals and prospect additional customers. Participate in paid training and continuous learning to develop sales skills. Attend sales meetings and trainings (in person and virtually) as required. Present professionally, including Empire-branded apparel. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional interactions with customers. Business development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales. Proficiency with tablets and measuring devices for presentations and contract preparation. Present professionally, including Empire-branded apparel. Qualifications Proven ability to drive locally to meet customers in their homes; own vehicle required. Strong customer service skills and professional presentation. Ability to use electronic tablets and measurement devices in sales presentations.
