Primary Care Physician

Location: Florida

Schedule: Outpatient continuity of care and preventative medicine

Openings: 1

Position Overview

Provide outpatient primary care with a focus on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. The role may include participation in a tuberculosis screening program, with required screening prior to start.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Provide preventative care and health maintenance
• Maintain accurate medical histories and documentation
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as appropriate
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support patient care

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Active Florida medical license
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify

Additional Requirements

• TB screening may be required prior to start
