Sales Representative - Fire Sprinkler Services

Prepare estimates for fire sprinkler system upgrades and modifications for existing customers. Develop preliminary design concepts and bid-level pricing for materials, labor, fabrication, and freight. Identify and source competitive vendors and subcontractor services to support accurate and competitive pricing. Prepare detailed scope letters, proposals, and quotation documents for customers. Maintain and update estimating logs, bid tracking, and project pipeline information. Participate in turnover meetings and support smooth handoff from estimating to operations. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and field leadership throughout project execution. Assist with customer follow-up, clarifications, and ongoing project support as needed. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and account growth. Meet regularly with management to review estimating workload, deadlines, and priorities. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in fire protection, fire sprinkler contracting, or related construction industry preferred. Background in estimating, design, project management, or field operations strongly preferred. Strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems and construction estimating practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with tight deadlines.
