Description of the role:
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at Milea Auto Group in Bronx, NY. This individual will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Coordinate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
