Operations Department Overview With in-house engineering, procurement, project management, and construction management expertise, our Operations group has established itself as a highly qualified and respected EPC partner in the electric utility industry. From the start, we have maintained an unwavering focus on schedules and budgets to ensure successful project completion. Strong project management practices and proactive risk assessment allow us to enhance project controls, minimize scope creep, and prevent costly delays. Hourly Range: $45/hour - $63/hour (dependent on experience, education, and qualifications) Performance Bonus: Semi-annual, performance-based (10% to 20% of salary) Day-One Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with 4% match and immediate vesting PTO: 4 weeks + 10 paid holidays Flexible Work Schedule: Every other Friday off Career Development: Advancement opportunities, tuition reimbursement Perks: Gym membership stipend, wellness program, fertility benefits, pet insurance, and more What You’ll Do Create, monitor, and update integrated project schedules to ensure efficiency in both time and cost. Prepare baseline schedules for project team approval and ensure they are regularly reviewed and updated. Monitor critical path activities, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions. Analyze schedules from multiple sources to ensure project integrity and make sure all sequences are optimized for constructability. Lead project scheduling meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure schedules meet company standards and client needs. Document project “lessons learned” to enhance future scheduling efficiency.
