Role Description (Accepting resumes until 4/30/2026) We are seeking a full‑time Controller to join our team on‑site at our Rice, VA location. The Controller will oversee the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. This role involves managing accounts payable/receivable, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and standards. The Controller will work closely with leadership to provide insightful financial guidance and strategic planning for the company’s growth and success. Qualifications Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounting Knowledge of accounting software and financial systems (QuickBooks) Understanding of compliance regulations, tax codes, and financial standards Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus Solid organizational and time‑management abilities to meet deadlines Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus but not needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Rock View Hauling
