You will play a key role in keeping the organization running smoothly owning weekly payroll, supporting onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate records, and managing core AP/AR processes while ensuring compliance and operational accuracy. Working closely with the CFO, this position provides meaningful exposure to the full financial lifecycle, from vendor and contract management to reporting and ERP-driven accounting systems, making it an excellent fit for someone who thrives in a hands‑on, high‑impact environment. What You’ll do HR/Payroll Weekly payroll processing. New Employee onboarding and exiting employees. Recordkeeping: Maintain I-9s and other employment documents. Reporting: this includes everything from EDD claims, workers comp, VOE requests to all the other reports listed, whether the person takes them over completely or assists you. Accounts Receivable Responsible for day to day A/R processing. Entering new service contracts & maintaining current contracts for accuracy. Taking calls and processing credit card payments via Business Central, EBIZ platform. Able to read and interpret contracts Accounts Payable Responsible for day to day A/P processing. YE 1099s Assist CFO in other duties as assigned. Requirements 4-7 years of relevant experience or an Accounting or Business Degree Must have advanced experience with Excel High school equivalency required.
