Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

Business Unit: ESI HQ & Other; Division: HR - Business Who are we looking for? Full life‑cycle recruiting service model, meeting/exceeding KPIs Collaboration with leadership, hiring managers, HR for strategy execution What will you be doing? Own the full cycle recruiting process for a brand new, rapidly scaling, high‑tech manufacturing facility Partner with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to develop and maintain hiring expectations Create robust search strategies to deliver the right talent at the right time Source, screen and manage candidates through the interview process, providing an efficient high‑touch experience Offer alternative sourcing strategies and educate stakeholders on market dynamics Negotiate offers within budget and in line with internal guidance Manage vendor relationships to support business expansion Troubleshoot recruitment workflow issues Who are You? Minimum 5+ years in corporate HR or search firm recruiting Experience with broad corporate functions and candidate generation in a competitive market Knowledgeable in highly technical engineering and manufacturing roles Experience working on tight deadlines What competencies will you need? Familiarity with chemicals and manufacturing industries, and STEM talent Highly collaborative, both team and independent work Strong follow‑up and attention to detail Effective time management and organizational skills Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities Professional, self‑motivated personality in fast‑paced environments Inquisitive and growth‑oriented mindset Ambassadorial representation of the facility Compensation The typical pay range for this position is $38–$58 per hour.
