Temporary Part-Time ReceptionistSchedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM Hours: 20 hours per week Pay: $22 per hour Position Type: Temporary, Part-TimeWe are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. The Receptionist serves as the welcoming first point of contact for visitors, employees, families, and other members of the community. This position is responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area while providing general administrative and clerical support to the office.Key Responsibilities:Manage the multi-line phone system and front office reception dutiesHandle incoming and outgoing mail, postage supplies, and shipping logisticsProcess and log incoming checks and maintain accurate recordsCopy, distribute, and file faxes, check requests, and vendor invoicesProduce thank you letters for donations and maintaining a file for donationsManage the office calendar, training room schedule and set up/breakdownSchedule and manage maintenance for the officeCoordinate travel arrangements for conferences, meetings and trainingsAssist with coordinating staff appreciation days, multi-state meetings, off-site meetings, etc.Prepare orientation and training materials as neededAssist with various financial audits as neededQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a professional business settingProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsFriendly, professional demeanor and a team-first attitudeSchedule & Temporary Assignment: This is a temporary part-time position, Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM (20 hours per week). The assignment is anticipated to continue through Mid-December 2026, with the precise end date tentative based on operational needs.
