ACT Mental Health Specialist: Community Care & Crisis

Horizon House

Horizon House, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Specialist to join the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Georgetown, DE. You will provide rehabilitation support, crisis intervention, and substance abuse services under clinical supervision.

Requirements include a master's degree in a related field and 2+ years in MH/MR settings, with strong communication and counseling skills. A driver's license and ability to travel to multiple residential locations are needed.
