We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in commercial concrete construction to lead projects from preconstruction through completion. This role requires expertise in structural concrete, scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership on large-scale builds.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in commercial concrete construction to lead projects from preconstruction through completion. This role requires expertise in structural concrete, scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership on large-scale builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of concrete construction projects (foundations, slabs, structural frames, parking structures, etc.)
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Lead project teams, field staff, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Coordinate with general contractors and other trades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Provide regular reporting and project updates to leadership
- 8+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction
- Proven experience managing large structural concrete projects
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming systems, rebar, and placement methods
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
