Soliant is partnering with a school district in Dixie County, Florida to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year . This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP seeking a flexible, part-time schedule while making a lasting impact on students' communication and academic success.

Position Details
  • Part-time, onsite
  • 2 to 2.5 days per week
  • 2026-2027 school year
  • Flexible school-based assignment
  • Pay: $42 to $48 per hour
  • Weekly pay
Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services in accordance with student needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Florida SLP license or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
  • School-based experience is preferred but not required
