Role Overview: This role involves performing advanced ultrasound exams on pregnant patients, focusing on detailed imaging of the fetus, placenta, and uterus—especially in high-risk pregnancies. Thus, helping to detect abnormalities, monitor fetal development, and provide critical imaging data to physicians for diagnosis and care. This role combines technical skill with compassionate patient interaction during often sensitive or complex pregnancies. 

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience required.
• Flu Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
• Epic Charting System Experience Required.
• 1st time travelers accepted.
• Required Certifications:  ARDMS (OB) with (FE) certification Required
• Work Setting Skills Required: High Risk OB, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Obstetrics
• Equipment Required: GE, Model # Voluson E10
• Fetal Skills Required: Abdomen, Abdominal Circumference, Bone lengths, Cerebellum, Ventricles, Diaphragm, Duodenal Atresia/Intussusception, Fingers/Toes, Gender, Head & Heart
• OB/GYN Skills Required: 1st - 3rd Trimester, Amniotic fluid index, Fetal Anatomical Survey, Fetal Echo, Inter/Intra-Orbital Measurements, Multiple pregnancy, Nuchal Translucency Screen, Placenta Previa & Umbilical Cord Doppler

Preferred Skills/Certifications/Experience:

• Procedures Skills: Amniocentesis
• Equipment: PACS

Special Procedures Details:  

• Amniocentesis, CVS

Special Equipment:  

• Viewpoint software.

Schedule:

• Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Call Requirement: None
• Float Requirement: None
• Weekend Requirement: None
