About the Role: As a Project Management Manager, you will oversee project staff to plan, execute, and close projects that meet customer expectations, deadlines, and budget constraints. You will coordinate resources, define project objectives, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Effective communication with customers and internal teams is crucial. You will also orient, train, and coach your team, and develop collaborative relationships across the company.


Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight:
  • Manage the health, budget, and quality of all projects.
  • Develop and coach Project Managers to meet schedule goals, contractual requirements, and personnel assignments.
  • Evaluate and improve systems and processes to meet project requirements and profitability goals.
  • Manage contract, machine scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Set and manage customer expectations.
• Team Coordination and Communication:
  • Collaborate with internal and external Sales reps.
  • Direct the Purchasing Department on equipment needs.
  • Eliminate productivity barriers.
  • Define and communicate Project team objectives.
  • Regularly update customers and conduct meetings via phone, onsite, and email.
• Process Improvement:
  • Focus on accuracy and process consistency to optimize project timelines.
  • Create and improve project management policies and processes.
• Operational Management:
  • Always promote the company value proposition.
  • Work on building accuracy and consistency into speed.
  • Engage in continuous improvement and industry training.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management.
• Experience in Operations Management.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Work Hours: Business hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with flexibility to meet job demands.
