SVP, Workforce Transformation

The SVP, Workforce Transformation is a senior People leader accountable for ensuring the firm’s workforce is ready, equipped, and supported to successfully adopt and sustain enterprise transformation driven by work reimagination, AI, automation, and global workforce evolution. This role sits at the intersection of People, the Transformation Office, and our Product and Technology teams, driving large‑scale change across LPL’s workforce and talent processes to accelerate change adoption and value delivery. Responsibilities AI‑Capability Building: Oversee a network of AI‑Champions to share best practices and build awareness on AI resources. Drive enterprise approaches to AI fluency and enablement, ensuring employees and leaders can work with AI tools. Co‑create and deploy AI learning journeys, embedding AI enablement in workflow, focusing on behavior change. Organizational Change Management: Own the development of a change management service delivery model, create and maintain an online playbook with tools and templates. Provide change management coaching and drive workstreams for critical transformation initiatives, overseeing change plans and project team resources. Organizational Effectiveness: Partner with the Transformation Office to translate work changes into clear people implications. Advise People Business Partners and leaders on organizational effectiveness, consulting on talent programs. Co‑create with the People Team to align talent programs with transformation priorities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Experience in Human Resources, scoping and managing large‑scale complex transformation programs. Expertise in Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness. Experience managing AI / Automation related learning and adoption strategies. Core Competencies Organizational consultation and influencing skills. Preferences Experience in Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, and Role Design / Restructuring. Advanced degree (Finance, Human Resources, Industrial‑Organizational Psychology). PHR, SPHR certification. Experience in the Financial Services industry. Benefits & Pay Pay Range: $209,193.00 – $348,655.00.
