Level of care is administered to patients of all age ranges with illnesses diseases or physical limitations. Evaluated by Site Coordinator, Providers, and/or Medical Practice Manager.EducationHigh School Graduate or equivalent is required.Graduate of a state accredited school of nursing is required.ExperienceExperience in a medical office setting is preferred.Certification & LicensureActive LPN license in the state of employment is required.BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart ‘Healthcare Provider’ (HCP) - AHA approved is required.
