Key Responsibilities of the RN - ED- Emergency Department - Travel

• Continuously monitor vital signs, ensuring timely updates and documentation
• Assess patients' overall physical condition, monitoring for symptom changes
• Conduct routine physical exams and document observations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide assistance with daily living activities and comfort measures
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members
• Recognize and respond to emergency situations
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements of the RN - ED- Emergency Department - Travel

• Current license by the Ohio State Board of Nursing
• BLS through American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a specialty area
• Experience in a general medical-surgical unit or observation is required
