Job Description

The Jr Manager will support departmental operations by overseeing project progress, assisting senior management, and coordinating team efforts to achieve organizational goals. This role involves managing day-to-day activities, fostering collaboration, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating project activities
Monitor performance metrics and report to senior management
Facilitate communication between team members and departments
Support problem-solving and decision-making processes
Maintain documentation and track project milestones
Help implement company policies and procedures
Participate in team meetings and provide status updates
Coordinate resources and manage minor budgeting tasks
