The Staff Pad is seeking both OB/GYN Physicians and OB Hospitalists to join a well-established, physician-led women's health group in the Phoenix Metro area. This high-growth practice offers immediate patient volume across its modern clinic locations and strong hospital partnerships. Candidates can choose between a full-scope OB/GYN role with significant earning potential and partnership track, or an OB Hospitalist position with a flexible shift schedule. Practice Info ~ Established, physician-led women's health group with 15+ years of growth ~4 modern clinic locations + strong hospital partnerships ~ Immediate patient volume with no slow ramp-up period ~ Practice sees 20-25 patients/day ~ Group performs approximately 250 deliveries/month ~ Strong midwife support for co-managed care Compensation ~ OB Hospitalist Option: $120/hour ~ OB/GYN Physician Option: $300,000 guaranteed (first 2 years) ~20% bonus on collections over $900,000 ~$500,000+ partner potential ~ Signing bonus + relocation (for OB Hospitalist Option) ~ Partnership Eligible after 3 years ~$100,000 buy-in (flexible) ~ Revenue sharing + leadership input ~ Optional extra shifts for additional income Benefits ~ Full benefits (for OB Hospitalist Option) Shift & Schedule OB Hospitalist Option: 24-hour shifts, 6-7 shifts/month (full-time) Coverage across two hospitals (for OB Hospitalist Option) Clinic: Monday-Thursday 8-5; Friday 8-3 (for OB/GYN Physician Option) Call: 4-6 days/month (light, single hospital) (for OB/GYN Physician Option) Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Open to new grads and experienced physicians Eligible for Arizona license
