The Opportunity

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales organization by coordinating customer activities, managing sales data and reporting, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies and achievement of business objectives.

What You’ll Do

1. Sales Operations Support • Support the sales team in the execution of commercial plans and customer initiatives. • Maintain accurate sales records, pricing files, customer information, and contract documentation. • Assist in preparing quotations, customer proposals, and promotional agreements. • Ensure timely processing and follow-up of customer requests.

2. Customer Coordination • Serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal departments. • Coordinate order management activities to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. • Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, promotions, inventory, and logistics. • Facilitate communication between sales, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams.

3. Reporting and Analytics • Generate and distribute regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. • Monitor sales trends, customer performance, and market opportunities. • Analyze promotional effectiveness and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. • Maintain data accuracy across sales systems and reporting tools.

4. Trade and Promotional Execution • Coordinate promotional activities and customer programs. • Track promotional spending and ensure compliance with approved budgets. • Support the implementation of trade marketing initiatives and sales campaigns. • Monitor execution of agreed customer plans and commitments.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales teams to ensure business objectives are achieved. • Support demand planning and forecasting activities by providing sales insights and customer information. • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate degree in a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. 3-5 years of experience in market data analysis and retail industry knowledge. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
