What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you’ll provide hands-on, person-centered care in Assisted Living and Memory Care while leading and supporting your team.

You will:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care with compassion and clinical excellence
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and confidence
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with leadership, providers, and families
• Guide caregivers and med techs during your shift
• Ensure residents feel safe, respected, and cared for

• Active Illinois LPN license
• Passion for caring for seniors
• Strong communication and clinical judgment
