Customer Service Representative

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting a Call Center professional for an onsite opportunity in Houston, TX 77038. This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to build their call center and healthcare-related skills while gaining access to Adecco benefits and resources.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Call Center position is responsible for obtaining, verifying, and updating shipping information for patients. This role handles inbound and outbound calls with patients, medical practices, and sales representatives. The position also assists with releasing orders for shipment and coordinating the return of cardiac monitoring equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Call Center I will be responsible for, but not limited to: Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, medical practices, and sales representatives Obtain and verify missing or incomplete patient and shipping information Release orders for shipment once all required information is completed Contact patients when their cardiac monitoring study is complete Coordinate the return of company cardiac monitoring equipment Generate and send equipment recovery letters Use and understand company cardiac event monitoring equipment Provide prompt, professional customer service Maintain accurate records while handling confidential patient information Complete special projects and other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

1–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls Experience working with confidential information preferred Professional and comfortable communicating by phone Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Ability to operate a digital telephone system Accurate typing and data entry skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual skills are a plus
