Insurance Account Managers experienced in the insurance industry may make between $55,000 and $65,000 per year. With bonuses, you can make an additional $2,000 - $7,000 per year. Flexible Location, employer determines % split Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create a loyal customer base. Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally. Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, changes, and updates. Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.) Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards. Assist clients in navigating their insurance policies and answering any questions they may have. Requirements 2+ Years experience in the Personal Insurance space. Independant Insurance Agent experience is a plus! Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy. Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge . This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Agency Management System (EZLynx) is a BONUS. Act as a dedicated team player , fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent service to clients. Ambitious self-starter who can work independently to hit targets and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
