Experience working for a contractor Experience with Bluebeam, Heavy Job, Microsoft Suite Good communication and technical writing skils Responsibilities Manage multi projects from project award through project closeout. Material takeoffs from project drawings. Solicit subcontractor and supplier proposals and analyze proposals for accuracy Issue subcontracts and purchase orders. Insurance, permits, submittals, FRI's USA, staking requests. Quality control and compliance of all project documents. Process change orders. Process billings, subcontractors and supplier invoice review and approval. Pre-plan, schedule and coordinate work with client, superintendent subcontractors, vendors and all other entities.
