Job Description
Title: Nursing Role - Rehabilitation

Schedule:
Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
Days: Monday - Friday
Weekend rotation required

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 52 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 0

Requirements:
- 10% Salary Placement fee
- Salary range: $40-$44
- 35 hours per week

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and rehabilitation goals.
