Job Duties

• Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming products, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Verify shipments and identify any damage or discrepancies between received goods and invoices.
• Sort, label, organize, and store inventory in designated racks, shelves, and bins.
• Issue tools, equipment, and materials to employees while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storeroom environment.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper documentation and stock management procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ months of warehouse, inventory, storeroom, or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management or inventory control systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software programs.
• Familiarity with Vista, Control, SX.e, Prophet 21, or similar inventory management platforms.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely handle inventory, tools, and equipment in a warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.
