This position is responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community.Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position is preferred.Must be okay working in homes with pets.Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.Must be comfortable with moderate to heavy physical (bending, stretching, reaching, kneeling) effort throughout the workday and have the ability to lift 30 pounds.If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a criminal background check, drug test, tuberculosis skin test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.EEO Employer
