We are seeking a highly motivated case manager with two to three years experience to join our team. This candidate should be able to handle a P I case from beginning to end. Familiar with FileVine a plus, but we will train. Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and Insurance Companies
- Prepare case-specific documents,.
- Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant for at least two years.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with document management experience
- Excellent research skills
- Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
