Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Schedule:

• Full-Time (25 billable hours/week) or Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Primarily Remote, with in-person availability in Howard County, MD and surrounding areas

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Conduct services in-person in Maryland on an as-needed basis; remaining sessions can be conducted remotely.

• Participate in virtual team meetings with camera on during virtual supervision and team meetings.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in Maryland, or ability to obtain one.

• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable delivering both telehealth and in-person services.

• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Please note this role is telehealth-first with minimal in-person requirements in Maryland when clinically indicated.
